3. Address Proof: Recent utility bills of trust office and trustees
4. Photographs: Passport size photos of settlor and trustees
5. NOC: No objection certificate from owner if premises rented
6. Registration Fee: As per state regulations
7. Witness Details: 2 witnesses with their identity/address proofs
